in which a wednesday is a wednesday

I wonder what would happen if the people who own the woodshed behind me ever happened to read my blog. They would probably be totally confused.

Tonight I am making pumpkin soup and who knows what else. I've been feeling pretty uninspired lately (maybe because I'm not feeling so melancholy?--there does seem to be a direct correlation), so maybe I'll try to force myself through a few pages of the novel. I guess that probably means I should pick up some wine...

  3. Ha, I'm also having a wine plus novel evening, as soon as I unplug the internet...

I love this colour combination and the silhouette. And you are hardcore with your bare arms all the time!

  6. You should join that NaMoWriMo thing, or whatever it is, where you write 50,000 words in a month.
    Also, love your hair.

  7. I like your autumn ensembles the best I think. Great jumper and those earrings are so pretty. Good luck with the novel.

  8. I had pumpkin soup for the first time on Halloween night. 'Twas delicious! We served it in little pumpkin bowls. The bowls were cooked too, so I ate the bowl and the soup and used what was left as a Jack o' Lantern! It was a pretty fun way to have that kind of soup, and I would definitely recommend it:)I love your academic-looking outfits. You look like an adorable smart girl... or a sexy librarian, I suppose.

  9. THIS IS SO LOVELY! This is definitely my favourite outfit of yours so far! The mustard blouse and the colour of your socks go amazingly together. The blazer looks so cute, too. Your hair is always impeccably styled. Just lovely. Oh, and I'm pretty jealous of the pumpkin soup.
